Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering with or using real-mp in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of these terms. If you do not agree with any of these conditions, you must refrain from using the platform. These terms apply to all users, including buyers, sellers, intermediary agents and anonymous visitors. real-mp reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; modifications will become effective upon publication on this page, and continued use of the platform after such publication constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Our Services
real-mp is a professional B2B marketplace that connects real estate investors, sellers and intermediary agents. We facilitate the publication of real estate assets, the signing of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), controlled access to data rooms containing sensitive documentation, the submission of letters of interest (LOIs), the signing of sales mandates and inter-agent collaboration agreements, and the generation and download of the related PDF documents. real-mp acts as a technological intermediation platform: we are not a party to the underlying real estate transactions, we do not act as a regulated real estate broker and we do not provide financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Any investment decision is the sole responsibility of the user, who must carry out their own due diligence and, where appropriate, seek independent professional advice.
User Accounts
To use most of real-mp's functionality you must create an account by providing truthful, accurate and up-to-date information (full legal name, tax identification, postal address and a valid email). You are responsible for the truthfulness of the data you provide and for keeping it up to date, as well as for the confidentiality of your access credentials and for any activity carried out under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@real-mp.com of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach you become aware of. real-mp reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, contain manifestly false information or carry out fraudulent activities, without prejudice to any legal action that may correspond.
Limitation of Liability
real-mp provides the platform on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for the accuracy, completeness or veracity of asset listings published by users, nor for the outcome of any real estate transaction initiated through the platform. Verifying information, valuing assets and signing any binding contract are the sole responsibility of the parties involved. In no event shall real-mp be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including loss of profit, loss of business opportunity or reputational harm) arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute that may arise in connection with the interpretation, performance or termination of these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, with express waiver of any other forum that may correspond to the parties, save where mandatory law provides otherwise (for example, the consumer's place of residence when consumer protection law applies). If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
