Portfolio of 5 hotels from the Izán Hoteles group for sale, with establishments spread across several locations in Spain. The transaction includes three owned hotels and two leased hotels. Owned: the Izán Puerta de Gredos, in El Barco de Ávila, housed in a former 18th-century wool drying house declared of historic interest, with over 60,000 m², specialising in events and featuring a spa, bar-café, library and sports area (50 rooms); the Izán Trujillo, in Trujillo (Cáceres), in the former late 16th-century Convent of San Antonio, fully restored, with restaurant, café, swimming pool and convention rooms (77 rooms); and the Izán Cavanna, right on the beach in La Manga (Murcia), on the shore of the Mar Menor, with 393 outward-facing rooms. Leased: the NH Collection Cáceres Palacio de Oquendo, a meticulously restored 16th-century palace in the centre of Cáceres (86 rooms), and the Prado Real, in Soto del Real (Madrid), a five-minute walk from the station, with a swimming pool and an annex building with function rooms (50 rooms).
